Medical Insurance and Service Payment Information
Our fee includes your appliance, your exam, and a full year of adjustments and follow-up. We follow a strict protocol from the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) – all adjustments are included for the first year whether we see you twice or ten times!
» We are in-network with most medical insurances, including Medicare.
» We work within the framework of your medical insurance to minimize patient out-of-pocket expenses.
» Before treatment begins, we will verify your out-of-pocket expenses and review all costs with you.
» Coverage for oral appliance therapy is covered under medical insurance, not dental insurance.
» Most medical insurance companies provide coverage for oral appliance therapy for Obstructive Sleep Apnea and will cover a percentage of this treatment.
» We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
